 Recruitment

CVs, covering letters, personal statements or similar documents submitted to us from individuals as part of an active recruitment process will be retained for a period of 12 months from submission.

When TEP is not actively recruiting, CVs, covering letters, personal statements or similar documents received from individuals on a speculative basis will be retained for a period of 12 months in case there is a future recruitment requirement. Personal data contained in CVs will be used to make decisions about potential recruitment, and will not be shared with any third party.

Unsolicited CVs received from a recruitment agency or other third party will be deleted immediately.

By submitting a CV to TEP you are consenting to the use and retention of your data according to this policy.

Clients

If you are a client of the Engineering Practice, you will have provided contact data to enable us to offer or provide our services. We will use this data to provide you with updates on our activities, and to offer future services. We may also share your data with third parties, to support legitimate business purposes and to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. For example sharing information to enable quotations for works, planning applications and as part of a contract tendering process.

We may also collect information about you from third parties such as credit reference agencies, and from publicly available sources such as Companies House.

Our website uses cookies, and we capture visitor information using Google Analytics in order to monitor the effectiveness of the website. You can choose to block cookies in your browser, but the functionality of our website may be affected.

Sharing your Data

 We will only share your data with third parties:

  • In order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you a a client
