Chartered Mechanical & Electrical Consultants

Providing professional and technical advice to the
property and construction industry

COVID-19 Update

Following the UK Government announcements The Engineering Practice has directed all staff to work from home.
All staff are able to continue to perform their day to day duties and tasks on our projects whilst working remotely.

Our office phone system has been redirected to allow our secretarial staff to answer incoming calls between 9am - 5:30pm Monday – Friday. Should for any reason your call is not answered then please leave a message and we will return your call. Alternatively for general enquiries please email us on

Whilst construction sites are still operational, we are looking to reduce unnecessary site visits, only visiting sites when absolutely necessary and on the basis the site is following the government guidelines with regard to social distancing. We will keep this under continual review.

To enable regular contact with the site progress and installation, The Engineering Practice utilises telephone, Skype, Bluejeans, as means of communicating and are on hand to answer any queries or inspect any particular element of an installation via site walks using these means.
It’s not quite business as normal, but we’d like to reassure all our clients and colleagues that we are still here to make sure your projects are a success.

If you have any queries then please do not hesitate in contacting us.
