About Us


The Engineering Practice was incorporated in 1992. We are a well established Chartered Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy based in the Midlands, Leamington Spa and operate nationwide.

We provide professional and technical advice to the property and construction industry for all aspects of mechanical and electrical building services.

Our approach is to establish, develop and maintain long-term working relationships with clients, contractors and fellow professionals. We work closely as a team to ensure our clients benefit from our proven design and management skills.

We tailor our services to meet the individual needs of our clients. We approach each project objectively and with flexibility, to clearly identify our client's aspirations. We believe that this is fundamental to the provision of sound and appropriate advice.

MECHANICAL BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER
ELECTRICAL BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineers to join us, in our busy Leamington Spa office.

You will:

  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Have good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Have knowledge of the standard industry software packages such as IES, Hevacomp, DIALux, AutoCAD, or Revit
For the Mechanical position the ideal candidate will have experience of SBEM calculations, energy reports, EPCs, LZC reports and modelling in IES.

The role

The role offers excellent prospects for advancement, as well as a competitive salary. The role would be suitable for those looking to pursue membership of a professional institution such as CIBSE, IET or equivalent.

The successful applicant will be working on a range of exciting, often high profile, projects and will be able to further their experience of mechanical and electrical building services. They will have the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with teams in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment.
