Sustainability and BREEAM

Sustainability is a key factor in all projects to ensure success and compliance with Planning, Building Regulations and market forces.

The Code for Sustainable Homes is an environmental assessment method for rating and certifying the performance of new homes with a view to encouraging continuous improvement in sustainable home building.

The Engineering Practice has extensive experience in Sustainability, including part L1/L2, SAP, BREEAM, "Code for Sustainable Homes", etc.

We provide advice and designs on the mechanical and electrical services elements where BREEAM/Homes credits can be achieved.
