OUR PROJECTS

Projects are ultimately led by our Directors, Geoff Neal, Robert Stanton and Les Green who lead and direct the team.

On each project there are two Senior Engineers dedicated to and responsible for their respective Mechanical and Electrical Engineering discipline. One of the engineers would be designated as the Lead Engineer on the project to act as a single point of contact for general issues and shall be responsible for the co-ordination of the Mechanical and Electrical Services. The two engineers have the authority to make contractual, cost and management decisions as well as design decisions.

As “hands on” Engineers, Geoff, Rob and Les are involved in all aspects of the project process questioning designs, costs and contractual issues to ensure the project stays “on-track”. By operating a “Flat Structure” and “hands on” approach, we are able to bring a wealth of experience to each individual project.
