Founded in 1992 and currently employing 30 people, The Engineering Practice is an established Chartered Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy operating nationwide from offices in the Midlands and London.
We provide professional and technical advice to the Property and Construction industry for all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services.
TEP is experienced in all Sectors of Property & Construction including Commercial, Industrial, Education, Health, Leisure, Hotels, Retail, Residential, Local Authority and Government and Overseas. Our varied client base range from individual companies to multi-national corporations.

TEP employs Engineers with extensive experience and knowledge who are directly responsible for each project from inception to completion led by the Directors who remain hands-on throughout.
TEP is able to meet your specific requirements with regard to Sustainable and Renewable technology, Thermal Modelling, BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes, iSBEMs and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs & DECs).
